According to PERMENPAREKRAF No. 11/2014, Restaurant Business is a business that provides food and beverage services completed with equipments and supplies for manufacturing, storage and presentation process. It is performed in a fixed location that does not move with the purpose of obtaining profits. The restaurant can be a private enterprise or Indonesian business entity that is incorporated or not incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Every Restaurant Business shall have a Certificate of Restaurant Business that can be obtained after carrying out the Restaurant Business certification in which the assesment refers to the Restaurant Business Standards as set forth in this Ministerial Regulation.
